More than gas. A brand ready for what’s next.

The Challenge

Flogas began life as an LPG supplier – a trusted presence in homes and businesses across Ireland. But the energy landscape was changing fast. Climate targets, rising customer expectations and the growing urgency of the transition to renewables called for something more: a bold evolution from gas provider to full-spectrum energy company.

When we first came on board, the brand was largely skin-deep – a set of livery guidelines with no broader brand strategy, no clear tone of voice, and no real way to tell the story of what Flogas was becoming. Our challenge was to build that foundation from the ground up – helping Flogas redefine its purpose, voice, and visual identity, and positioning the brand to lead in a smarter, more sustainable future.

Our Thinking

We approached Flogas as both brand architects and long-term brand partners. Working closely with their leadership team, we developed a new brand positioning that acknowledged where the business had come from – and where it needed to go:

This was anchored by a clear and inclusive brand purpose:

Energy for everyone.

Through extensive market research, we helped define key audiences, uncover Flogas's unique strengths, and clarify the role it could play across both domestic and commercial energy markets.

From there, we reimagined almost every aspect of the brand – keeping only the name and logo. Everything else evolved:

  • A fresh, modern visual language

  • A warmer, more confident tone of voice

  • Photography, colour and illustration that felt authentic and future-focused

  • Communication frameworks that flex across everything from billing to billboards

We combined global energy insights with local nuance – bringing consistency, creativity and heart to every customer touchpoint, from call centre scripts to sustainability messaging.

The transformation runs deep – felt across every part of the business. From advertising and sponsorships to digital touchpoints, Flogas now shows up as a brand with renewed purpose, clarity and ambition.

At their new HQ at Dublin Airport, we helped bring the brand to life — not through tired corporate clichés, but through meaningful storytelling. A series of bespoke illustrations celebrates place, people and purpose, turning the office into a living expression of the Flogas journey: rooted in community, driven by innovation, and ready for a more sustainable future.

Today, Flogas Energy serves over 250,000 electricity and gas customers across the island of Ireland – a sevenfold increase since 2019. That growth has been powered by smart acquisitions, renewable innovation, and a brand strategy built to lead.

And the journey isn’t over. As Flogas looks to the future, we continue to partner with them – helping shape where energy goes next.
